		<description>Thank you Gwen for sharing Susan&#039;s amazing story.  Goodwill provides the training, but our students provide the motivation.  Perhaps I&#039;m a bit biased, but I find it impossible to sit through a Goodwill graduation ceremony without feeling a bit humbled by the dignity and hope shared by each and every graduate as they accept their certificates.  Goodwill provides opportunities for people facing barriers to employment, but we couldn&#039;t do it without the support of organizations like the WAWF.  Thank you!
