You can recommend a grant from your DAF through your fund administrator, set up recurring grants from your DAF, or name Washington Area Women’s Foundation as the beneficiary of your DAF.

Celebrate a milestone or make a gift in memory or honor of a loved one. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, preparing to run a marathon, or want to honor a special person in your life, setting up a fundraiser on Facebook or any other social media platform can help inspire others to support the mission of The Women’s Foundation. 

When you make a gift online in honor of someone, we will send a special eCard to your honoree.

Each year, thousands of employees are given the opportunity to direct a portion of their paycheck to the charities of their choice through workplace giving. If Washington Area Women’s Foundation is offered as a donation option in your company’s workplace giving program, please elect to support us.

Combined Federal Campaign

Federal employees, Retirees, and U.S. Military Personnel can designate their annual Combined Federal Campaign pledge to The Women’s Foundation. Our CFC number is #24843.

Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees, retirees, and/or employees’ spouses. If your company offers a charitable matching gift program, you can initiate your matching gift to The Women’s Foundation through your company. If your company provides you with a form, simply send it to us and we will do the rest.
